Mark brings to the practice over 40 years of experience in the New South Wales Court and legal system. He is well regarded as an advocate, and is considered one of the most prominent criminal lawyers in the region.

Mark has been heavily involved in the Albury-Wodonga community and, over the years, at various times, has held offices in the Albury-Wodonga Youth Refuge, North Albury Football Club and Albury Racing Club. He retains a strong involvement in a number of sporting and community organisations.
