Charlotte completed a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University in Melbourne in late 2017, subsequently completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law in 2018 and was admitted as a solicitor in March 2019.
Charlotte joined our team in February 2018 and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from her former role as administration support through to her current role as a solicitor. She has experience in various types of property conveyancing transactions in both New South Wales and Victoria.

Drafting and negotiating complex Distribution Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Employment Contracts and general commercial documentation.
Advising on corporate structuring including Shareholder, Unit Holder, Partnership and Trust Structures.
Liquor licensing matters including Community Impact Statements (CIS), License Applications, Submissions, Transfers and general advice.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with friends and family, going out for brunch and keeping active.
