Eva began working as a Legal Assistant in 2018 whilst completing her Bachelor of Laws. She graduated from Charles Sturt University in late 2020 and completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law in 2021. She was admitted as a solicitor in March 2021.
Eva joined the Pogson Cronin Kerr team in December 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from her former roles. She has experience in various types of property conveyancing transactions in both NSW and VIC and estate planning and probate matters in both NSW and VIC.
Since joining Pogson Cronin Kerr, Eva is practising primarily in the area of criminal law. Eva acts for clients charged with a range of criminal law matters, including but not limited to drink driving, drug driving, other traffic offences and infringements, affray, stalk/intimidation, assault, including assault occasioning actual bodily harm, apprehended domestic and personal violence order contraventions, larceny, drug possession, firearms offences, heavy vehicle (including log-book breaches) and dishonesty offences.
Eva also acts clients in defending applications for apprehended domestic and personal violence orders and interventions orders.
Eva practices in the areas of:
Property Conveyancing Transactions (NSW and Vic)
Deceased estates, including Probate applications and administrations, contested applications and related claims
Eva is passionate about her work and strives to achieve the best outcome for each client.
Outside of work, Eva enjoys spending time with friends and family and keeping active.
