Glenn was admitted as a solicitor in 2018 after completing a Bachelor of Laws at Charles Darwin University and completing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through The College of Law.
Glenn moved to the Albury Wodonga area in 2010 whilst serving in the Australian Regular Army. After leaving the Army, Glenn worked in a number of government law enforcement and investigative roles. Glenn first commenced practising law with a regional law firm in North East Victoria and immediately prior to commencing work with Pogson Cronin Kerr Solicitors, was prosecuting Civil and Criminal Law matters for Victoria Police.
In 2023 he commenced work with Pogson Cronin Kerr Solicitors practising primarily in the area of Criminal Law.
Glenn regularly acts for clients charged with a range of criminal law matters, including but not limited to drink driving, drug driving, other traffic offences and infringements, affray, stalk/intimidation, assault including assault occasioning actual bodily harm, apprehended domestic and personal violence order contraventions, larceny, drug possession, firearms offences, heavy vehicle (including log-book breaches) and dishonesty offences.
Glenn appears for clients in appeals against the cancellation or suspension of their driver’s license and also acts for clients in defending applications for apprehended domestic and personal violence orders and interventions orders.
